Cancellation Policy
  • ✔ Free Cancellation (24 Hours Before):

    Customers can cancel their appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty. The full amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days.

  • ⚠ Late Cancellation (Within 2 Hours):

    If a customer cancels within 2 hours of their appointment, they will be charged a 50% cancellation fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days.

  • ❌ No-Show Policy:

    If a customer does not show up for their appointment without prior notice, they will be charged the full amount of the service, and no refund will be issued.

Refund Policy
  • ✔ Full Refund Eligibility:

    If a customer cancels at least 24 hours before their appointment, they will receive a full refund. Refunds will be processed within 7-8 business days and credited to the user’s account.

  • ⚠ Partial Refund:

    If a customer cancels within 2 hours of their appointment, a 50% cancellation fee applies. The remaining amount will be refunded within 7-8 business days and credited to the user’s account.

  • ❌ Non-Refundable:

    Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the appointment or no-shows are non-refundable. Customers will not be eligible for any reimbursement.

  • 📩 Refund Processing:

    Refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 7-8 business days to reflect in the customer’s account. Processing times may vary depending on the bank or payment provider.

    Changes to appointments must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Short-notice changes are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

    We reserve the right to adjust, reschedule, or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as staff availability, emergencies, or natural disasters.

  • ⚠ Late Arrivals:

    Arriving late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling at our discretion. If the customer is more than 15 minutes late, the appointment may be canceled, and the no-show policy will apply.

  • ⚖ Policy Agreement:

    By booking an appointment, you agree to abide by our cancellation, refund, and service policies. Failure to comply with these policies may result in denial of future services.
